It was also a volume of essays, lectures, and seminars that I had contributed in a period of 10 years to various conferences and other intellectual occasions...this second collection was that it very rapidly went out of the market ... a reprint was therefore necessary. But it has been over a decade now since that first edition ... and other important essays have been written and other lectures delivered.
